MEZORA
Compliance & Disclosures

How MEZORA operates, what we guarantee, and what we do not.

Plain-language disclosures covering AI-generated content, valuation methodology, benchmark sources, Connect, Allocation and user responsibility.

Sourcing Integrity

Machinery sourced through audited international channels with provenance, ownership history and technical documentation captured before any unit enters MEZORA-coordinated inventory or is offered through the marketplace.

Certification Standards

Units offered under MEZORA consignment are inspected against the MEZORA specification covering mechanical, hydraulic, structural and cosmetic condition. Dealer-uploaded inventory carries the dealer's own representation; MEZORA does not independently certify dealer-uploaded units unless explicitly stated.

Dealer & Supplier Due Diligence

Dealer and supplier profiles are created from public data and AI-assisted discovery, then activated through a claim flow that binds the profile to a verified business owner. Claim does not constitute a MEZORA endorsement or commercial partnership.

Documentation Discipline

Allocation, transfer, sale and settlement under MEZORA consignment partnerships are supported by structured documentation, preserved for audit and dealer reporting.

UAE Regulatory Framework

MEZORA Commercial Brokers L.L.C operates under UAE Commercial Companies law and Dubai DED licensing (license 1620576), with full corporate registry transparency.

Confidentiality

Dealer submissions, financials, valuations and Connect conversations are handled confidentially. Commercial terms of consignment partnerships are not published.

01

AI-Generated Content & Insights

Significant portions of MEZORA — including market insights, dealer and supplier discovery, opportunity matching, valuation explanations and newsletter content — are produced with the assistance of large language models (LLMs) operating over public and partner-supplied data. AI outputs may contain factual errors, become outdated, or reflect biases in source data. All AI-generated content is informational and does not constitute investment, legal, engineering or technical advice. Users must independently verify any claim or figure before acting on it.

02

Valuation Methodology (Value Engine)

MEZORA Value Engine produces an indicative GCC market valuation by combining: (1) the unit specification provided by the user; (2) comparable observations from the MEZORA marketplace, partner inventory and public listings; (3) MEZORA benchmark observations on age, hours, brand, condition and configuration; (4) an LLM-assisted reasoning layer that produces the trading range, narrative and confidence indicator. The output is an INDICATIVE valuation, not a formal appraisal, surveyor's report, bank-grade valuation or financial advice. MEZORA makes no guarantee of valuation accuracy.

03

Benchmark Sources & Limitations

Benchmark observations are drawn from a combination of public industry sources (including Mascus and equivalent platforms), partner-supplied inventory, MEZORA-listed units, dealer-reported transactions where shared, and AI-assisted market scanning. Coverage is uneven across brands, models and territories — some segments carry dense observations, others are sparse. Benchmark confidence is surfaced in the report. Where confidence is low, results should be treated as directional only.

04

No Guarantee of Sale

Listing a unit on the MEZORA marketplace, uploading dealer inventory, or receiving a Value Engine report does not guarantee a sale, sale price, time-to-sale, buyer availability or transaction completion. The marketplace is an information surface; transactions are negotiated and closed bilaterally between the parties involved.

05

No Guarantee of Buyer, Dealer or Supplier Match

Matches surfaced through MEZORA — including dealer suggestions, supplier suggestions, opportunity recommendations and allocation candidates — are generated by heuristic scoring and AI-assisted ranking. They are not endorsements, certifications of capability, or commitments by either party to transact. Counterparty verification (identity, licensing, financial standing, technical capability) remains the responsibility of the user.

06

Allocation Recommendations

Allocation recommendations and allocation-request workflows are informational tools to help dealers and buyers signal demand and discover relevant inventory. They do not create reservations, pricing commitments or contractual obligations. Any allocation, reservation, consignment or purchase arrangement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed with MEZORA Commercial Brokers L.L.C.

07

Connect Conversations

MEZORA Connect is a communication tool that enables direct messaging between buyers, dealers and suppliers identified through the platform. MEZORA is not a party to any commercial agreement formed through Connect conversations and does not guarantee response, match quality, transaction outcome or counterparty performance. Conversation content is retained for platform integrity, abuse prevention and operational support; participants should treat Connect as record-keeping communication and verify identity and terms independently.

08

Dealer & Supplier Profile Responsibility

Once a dealer or supplier profile is claimed, the claimant is responsible for the accuracy of the profile, including company details, contact information, categories, certifications and uploaded inventory. MEZORA may correct obvious errors and removes profiles found to be fraudulent, misleading or in violation of platform standards, but does not independently re-verify each update.

09

Data Sources

Platform data is assembled from: public registries and listing sites; partner-supplied inventory and pricing; AI-assisted discovery and enrichment; user-submitted profiles, listings and requests; and MEZORA-curated benchmark and project data. Where source attribution is available it is surfaced; where it is not, content should be considered editorial.

10

User Responsibility & Verification

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information before transacting, including unit specifications, ownership and documentation status, counterparty identity and licensing, and the legal and tax framework applicable in their jurisdiction. MEZORA accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of information surfaced through the platform.

11

Engagement Models

MEZORA engages with the GCC machinery network through several distinct models: a public marketplace for discovery; AI-assisted dealer and supplier discovery and claim; MEZORA Connect for direct conversations; the Value Engine for indicative valuations; and selective bilateral consignment partnerships with qualified dealers under separate written agreement. Use of one surface does not imply participation in any other; consignment language and terms apply only inside an executed consignment partnership.
