The MEZORA Dealer Qualification Policy defines who can become a MEZORA partner, how applications are reviewed and how partner standards are maintained over time.
Qualification Criteria

Operating History
Minimum three years of continuous activity in heavy equipment, machinery distribution or industrial sales within a MEZORA-served jurisdiction.

Operational Capacity
Demonstrable showroom, storage yard and workshop infrastructure proportionate to the requested allocation profile.

Commercial Standing
Clean trade license, intact corporate registry, verifiable ownership and absence of material adverse references.

Sales Organisation
Qualified sales and operational personnel capable of representing premium earthmoving inventory to institutional and contractor customers.

Reporting Discipline
Willingness and capability to deliver structured reporting on inventory, customer engagement and sales activity on the agreed cadence.

Compliance Posture
Acceptance of MEZORA documentation, certification, ultimate-beneficial-ownership and standard compliance attestations.
Review Process

Submission
Receipt of the Dealer Application Package and acknowledgement to the dealer principal within two business days.

Documentation Review
Examination of trade license, corporate registry, ownership, brand authorisations and capability evidence.
- 03
Operational Assessment
Review of showroom, yard, workshop, personnel and territory coverage against the requested allocation profile.

Commercial Discussion
Confidential discussion of allocation scope, reporting cadence and partnership principles. No commercial terms are published.

Decision & Onboarding
Formal qualification decision, onboarding of approved dealers and entry into the MEZORA partner register.

Periodic Re-Review
Active dealers are re-reviewed periodically against the same standards to maintain alignment and service quality.
