ADNOC Unveils AED 200 Billion Upstream Project Pipeline for 2026–2028
ADNOC has announced an AED 200 billion ($55 billion) upstream project pipeline spanning 2026 to 2028, driving major opportunities for contractors and equipment fleets.
UAE state energy major ADNOC has unveiled a new upstream project pipeline valued at AED 200 billion ($55 billion) covering the 2026 to 2028 timeframe. Shared with leading engineering and construction contractors, the initiative marks an aggressive push to accelerate domestic upstream capacity and energy infrastructure expansion, triggering broad procurement cycles across civil, structural, and earthmoving works.
The $55 billion capital program solidifies the UAE's medium-term project awards horizon, ensuring steady EPC contract flow and driving substantial civil works, pipeline trenching, and onshore facility site preparation requirements.
Equipment dealers and fleet rental operators will see sustained demand for heavy earthmoving machinery, site preparation fleets, trenching solutions, and specialized logistics support across ADNOC’s upstream project sites from 2026 onwards.
Reinforces Abu Dhabi's position as a primary capital expenditure hub in the GCC energy and construction landscape, spurring downstream economic activity and contracting revenue across the UAE.
