Quarry Mining Commissions 4,000 TPH Ship Loader at Saqr Port
UAE engineering firm Quarry Mining has commissioned a high-capacity 4,000 tonnes per hour (TPH) ship loader at Saqr Port, expanding bulk aggregate export handling in Ras Al Khaimah.
UAE-based engineering company Quarry Mining has successfully commissioned a 4,000 tonnes per hour (TPH) ship loader at Saqr Port in Ras Al Khaimah. Specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of crushing, screening, conveying, and bulk material handling systems, Quarry Mining delivered the high-capacity unit to accelerate vessel turnaround times and scale aggregate handling operations at the Middle East's premier bulk export hub.
Saqr Port serves as the primary maritime gateway for aggregate and mineral exports sourced from Ras Al Khaimah quarries to regional construction markets across the GCC. Boosting loading rates to 4,000 TPH increases daily berth productivity, reduces shipping demurrage costs, and reinforces the supply chain feeding major land reclamation and infrastructure projects across the Gulf.
Highlights sustained demand for heavy bulk handling systems, auxiliary port equipment, high-tonnage conveyors, and associated crushing and screening equipment maintenance services. Equipment dealers and industrial service providers in the northern Emirates can target aftermarket components, wear parts, and engineering service contracts tied to high-throughput export infrastructure.
Directly impacts maritime bulk material logistics in Ras Al Khaimah and the wider UAE, strengthening the export pipeline of quarried stone and construction aggregates to infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC markets.
